AGAVE

Agave is a botanical inspiration that can be interpreted through green freshness and nectar-like sweetness. A fragrance may emphasise the fresh side of the plant or place it in a sweeter, more gourmand setting. It need not smell like tequila simply because agave is associated with that drink.

In a note list, agave is best read as an olfactory idea rather than a specification for an essential oil. There is no single accord formula implied by the name. The surrounding citrus, floral or sweet notes help explain the interpretation; they do not establish how the perfumer constructed it.
