It is possible that we may modify these Terms & Conditions periodically. By continuing to use AGORATOPIA after any revisions, you acknowledge and accept the modified Terms of Use.

1. Online Shopping

Every effort is made to ensure that the photographic representation, description, and specification of each product are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. Product images may not perfectly match the actual items, and while care is taken to ensure accurate descriptions, some information may not be up to date. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order.
By submitting an order through www.agoratopia.com, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct, and that payment will be made in full. You also confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
Visitors under the age of eighteen (18) should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. AGORATOPIA reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account at its sole discretion.
AGORATOPIA is not liable for content on the website that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Certain items, such as age-restricted products, may only be purchased if you meet the required age criteria.
AGORATOPIA allows users to submit comments, reviews, and other content. By submitting content, you confirm that you are the sole author and owner of the content and that it complies with all legal requirements.
AGORATOPIA may monitor, edit, or delete content at its sole discretion but is not obligated to do so.

2. Acceptance of Your Order

Orders can be placed online or through customer service.
Non-acceptance of an order may result from:
- The product being out of stock.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Pricing or product description errors.
An email acknowledging your order will be sent shortly after placing it. This is not a confirmation of your order. The order is confirmed once dispatched.

3. Order Cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The 14-day period begins from when you receive the goods.
If you cancel, AGORATOPIA will refund your payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving notice of your cancellation. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

4. Returns Policy

You may return unwanted goods for a full refund within 14 days. Some items, such as personalized goods or perishable items, cannot be returned for health or safety reasons.
Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with a completed returns form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payment in Euros (€) only. Visit our Payment page for accepted payment methods.
AGORATOPIA is not liable for any data security breaches if you send payment information via email.
We do not accept cash, checks, or gift vouchers as payment online or over the phone.

6. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.
AGORATOPIA reserves the right to change prices and offers at any time.
If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel your order. If unable to contact you, the order will be canceled.

7. Product Availability

Products on the website are carefully selected for online shopping. Once an item is sold out, it will be removed from the site. If items are out of stock or delayed, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at the time of ordering.

8. Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability, payment authorization, and peak times. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Delivery costs are based on weight, destination, and will be displayed during checkout.

9. Hampers and Gift Boxes

Hampers and Gift Boxes cannot be delivered with non-hamper items. Orders for Christmas should be placed by December 1st for international destinations, and December 20th for Cyprus.

10. The Website

AGORATOPIA reserves the right to modify the website, including correcting or updating information. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of the website is prohibited.

11. Liability and Indemnity

AGORATOPIA does not exclude or limit liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not liable for indirect, consequential losses arising from your use of the website.
You agree to indemnify AGORATOPIA from claims, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from your use of the website.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Cyprus law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, and software, is the property of AGORATOPIA or its licensors. You may download and print content for personal use only, and may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
