BERRIES
Berries is a broad fruity perfume description rather than one botanical ingredient. An interpretation can be juicy and sweet, tangy and fresh, or edged with greenery. Blackcurrant-inspired compositions, for example, show that a berry effect does not have to resemble sugary jam.
The label does not specify a fixed blend of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry or any other fruit. Nor does it prove that berry juice or a natural fruit extract is used. For discovery, look at the surrounding notes: leaves can reinforce freshness, flowers can soften the fruit, and sweeter accords can move it towards a preserve-like impression. The useful question is the balance of tartness and sweetness in the complete fragrance.
