BRASS ACCORD
Brass accord brings the idea of polished metal into perfume: a metallic glint that can create tension against softer, warmer notes. It is an imaginative impression, drawing on the appearance and atmosphere of brass objects rather than a conventional flower, fruit or wood. Its interest lies in that contrast, which can make the surrounding composition feel more sharply outlined.
There is no single standard brass recipe, and the name does not mean that brass has been extracted into the perfume. Floral, woody or ambery surroundings can change the way its metallic suggestion is perceived. Nor does the label alone establish that it will always smell warmer than a steel accord. The complete fragrance determines the balance between brightness, softness and warmth.
