Linden blossom suggests a warm floral scent with honeyed sweetness, fresh green edges and nuances of hay or lightly sweetened herbal tea. The flowers belong to Tilia trees, also called lime trees in Britain; lime blossom and linden blossom describe the same floral territory, distinct from citrus lime.
