MUSCAROME (SYNAROME)

Muscarome is a Synarome fragrance base that reconstructs the character of Tonkin musk tincture. Its musky smell has a pronounced animalic side, meaning a warm, bodily impression, alongside dry woody facets. Powdery and softly leathery nuances can round out that character, giving it more texture than a simple impression of clean laundry.

A fragrance base is a prepared blend of materials, not one isolated molecule. Muscarome can supply an expressive musky background or a smaller accent within a composition. How clearly its animalic character emerges depends on the amount used and the other notes.
