NEROLI (MOROCCO)

Neroli with stated origin: Morocco. Neroli combines the floral sweetness of orange blossom with citrus freshness and a green, aromatic edge. Some materials have a lavender-like nuance that keeps the floral impression from feeling purely sweet. In a perfume, it can connect sparkling citrus with a softer flower accord; its balance depends on the other notes.

Natural neroli oil is distilled from the flowers of the bitter orange tree, Citrus aurantium. The floral source matters: this is not simply a name for the smell of the fruit. A listed neroli note describes the intended scent, without proving which oil or reconstruction a perfume uses. The note can be bright and floral without making every composition light or short-lived. The country qualifier indicates the stated origin; it does not define a separate species or a uniform scent for every harvest.
