OAK FUSION

Oak Fusion is a speciality material from CPL Aromas’ AromaFusion range. Its scent brings cognac-like richness together with sweet vanilla, then smoky cedar and oak impressions. The contrast is between rounded, edible-smelling sweetness and drier wood, giving it a different emphasis from a plain oakwood note.

CPL Aromas also compares its character to oakmoss with a gourmand twist. This is an olfactory comparison, not a statement that Oak Fusion is an oakmoss extract. Nor do the cognac and vanilla descriptions disclose its recipe. In a perfume it can suggest sweet, barrel-like woods; the complete composition determines how prominent the spirit, sweetness and smoke become.
