OOLONG TEA

Oolong tea can bring a leafy tea impression with floral softness and rounded warmth. Some interpretations feel green and lightly creamy; others draw on fruitier or toasted facets. Oolong is a family of partially oxidised teas, not one uniform aroma. Tea processing helps explain the range from fresher green styles to darker, fuller ones.

In perfume, this variety leaves room for different interpretations. Nishane describes the oolong heart of Wūlóng Chá as floral and milky, surrounded by citrus and fig impressions. That illustrates one approach rather than defining every oolong fragrance. A tea note can soften the transition between bright citrus and fuller woods or musks, depending on the composition. Its name identifies the olfactory inspiration, not a specified tea extract or brewing method.
